WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY ITEMS, ONLY EXCHANGES ON PURCHASED ITEMS.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Exchanges
You can exchange your product with any product at Time World watches stores, the new product should be with the same price or higher. You can visit any of our Time World branches to exchange your product.
